If you stay in a yurt, no matter how beautiful,you will hear everything going on outside, I recommend you try to reserve one far from the pool area. Sacrificing convenience for quiet is worth it in this regard.
I have stayed at Bluegreen resorts for the past 6 years and never have I been treated like I was here (my mother is an owner for over 15 years). I called ahead and made reservations for 6-8 OCT, for the tent site, only to show up and have to sit at the gate for 20 minutes because they said our reservation was for the weekend prior and was cancelled. Then after getting our reservation straightened out, we signed up for the presentation preview at 2:45pm and start getting calls at 12:15 saying that we missed our time. Once we get to the presentation center, I get harassed because I have my military ID and not my drivers license. Then after I said I'm no longer interested in the presentation they start asking me for a credit card because they want to make sure I pay for my stay, even though I paid full price and was not there on a promotional rate. To top it all off, the lady at the desk called me "snooty" because I had to explain that my military ID was a government issued ID and a more than acceptable form of ID and I refused to give her my credit card information.
Awesome campground. One of the nicest ive ever been to. Booking could be a little easier though
Love Bluegreen resorts. Customer service is wonderful. The Main house where you check in is beautiful and had been fully restored from the fire they had a few years back. The view off the side deck is amazing. We hope to be able to go back next year.
The management at this resort really needs to take a good look at what is going on. The place is beautiful and has a lot to offer, however, the employees need some extra training in customer service.
Beautiful rolling hills and nice area with access to fantastic wineries and spacious and beautiful accommodations.
I love coming up here every year with the family. So nice. There are many activities too like, boats, riding horses, playing free golf, going to the game rooms, the general store, and life sized checkers and chess
