Much more pleased with staff at this location compared to cville. Clean, well stocked shelves. Very pleasant experience.
This time, i found everything i was looking for. That doesnt always happen. Im Very pleased with the lady that helped me in the outdoor- seasonal dept, and the man in flooring.
Paid for a washer and it was supposed to be delivered. We never received a confirmation call for the delivery. The day that the delivery was supposed to happen no call. I had to call Lowe's three times without them calling us in regards to the delivery. Nine pm and no delivery or phone call to explain why.
